"Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again."

"The window blinds didn’t fully cover the windows, dishwasher was broken, doors to one of our rooms didn’t close unless you picked it up and forced it closed. The sofa sunk in and the sofa bed mattress was very thin. Other than that the place was good."

"The place was absolutely filthy. The air conditioner wouldn't go above 78. Half the property is welfare housing. There were drug deals being made in the parking lot in daylight. I cannot believe Expedia charged me $415 for one night. Unbelievable"

"The most disgusting place I've ever been. There were no locks on outside doors, our room door showed "no smoking" but there were many cigarette holes on the sheets and blanket. There were no tiles, the bathtub was gross, the furniture was falling apart, there were holes everywhere, wires were sticking out on the ceiling, and we couldn't wait to get out, even if it meant no return of funds. This place should not be listed ANYWHERE!"

"The room was clean but didn’t smell clean had a damp smell. The ac was super loud too. But worst was traffic noise, from the LIE at night. The gym was good, but no bottle water in the gym, the dispenser was empty. The breakfast was very good, lots of options."

"The rooms are a bit strange because it lacks windows. Instead, there is a slider door out to a common walkway. When the drapes are open there is no privacy. When they are closed the room is very dark. If I were going back I would suggest a room with windows. That option was not offered to us at checkout, so that is disappointing."

"The room was impossibly small. The entry door had wide gaps to the frame and wouldn’t be able to withstand a single kick. No dressers. No comforter. We didn’t get housekeeping one of the 2 days. Long black hair found throughout the room, including in the bed. The buffet was just orange juice, toast and some bananas. The A/C unit filter has never been cleaned.(picture)"
