"When I pulled up to the entrance, I saw a lady arriving with a bag of food. I thought nothing of it. When I went to the check-in desk, there was no attendant. I called out, looked around, and in the dining area--no one responded. I thought this is weird, so I waited, and after about ten minutes, the lady I watched entering the lobby with a bag of food was actually the customer service attendant. "This is honestly one of the nastiest hotels I have ever stayed in and i have stayed in some CHEAPPPP hotels. My first room had no ac, and black mold all over the bathroom. Then I got moved and the next room the toilet didn’t even work. The carpets in the hallway are disgusting and the laminate flooring in the rooms is peeling. I never usually complain but I was here for my best friends funeral and it was already a trying time just to be left in the nastiest hotel in Virginia."
