"Everything was fine, The tubs were weird not good for people with balance issues. Charging for complimentary breakfast wasn’t the best either. A little older but all in all it was fine and everything you would need . The tv’s were big and awesome tho. Beds firm but alright . Not to shabby. The concessions were way too over priced . 5 bucks for gummies ., camm on.."

"No cooking utensils or plates/cups/silverware whatsoever despitead depicting fully equipped kitchen. Lobby and room were both sparse with nobody on duty in evening. Price was extremely affordable but glad to pay more for what was advertised for extended stay. Hard to get any rest due to commotion upstairs with people running back and forth at all hours with nobody staffing front desk to deal with it. Never again!"

"Not impressed with this hotel at all. I booked a room with a wet bar, that I did not get...which I paid extra for. The room smelled horrible and the door didn't lock. I asked for another room, that one was a little better, but not much better. Room still smelled musty. Comforters had visible hair on them. The smoke detector had a plastic bag over it, not sure what that was about. Shady people coming in and out of the parking lot during the later hours, with questionable people hanging around the...

"There were roaches everywhere. Babies and adults. I complained to staff, but they were not phased in the least and would not give a refund. I need to talk to Expedia about this. I left a day early and lost money as it was prepaid. There was even a roach in my bag when I got home."

"20 minutes waiting on hotel staff to check in. Manager agreed to an early (check out but never placed notes on account. Hotel was EXTREMELY loud due to kids baseball tourney in area... hence the need for an early day before check out..."

"I don’t normally write bad reviews, but I hope by writing this it will prompt Management to make changes. I was hoping for a great stay while visiting family. Instead, it was very poor. I almost checked out right after checking in. The entrance doors had an obnoxious alarm sound the entire stay (4 days). The pool had green algae on the sides of the tiles, they ran out of pool towels (and sheets as I overheard a guest asking the front desk for sheets), the first aid kit in the pool room was...

"This is a no frills clean comfortable room. We had made a reservation for a room with two beds, it it was late when we arrived and they put us up in two single rooms w/o giving us a hard time or charging us anymmore money. This is a great location convinieny to Dominion CC and next to the shopping area."

"Really delicious breakfast, so many options and a lot of space to accommodate families. Room was really spacious and up to date, charging ports and full kitchen with appliances etc. Very comfy beds, loved our stay!"

"My recent stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Virginia was okay, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The staff was polite, but the overall service felt inconsistent, and some interactions didn’t meet the level of attentiveness I expected. Nothing was terrible, but the experience didn’t quite match the standard I’m used to from this brand. With a bit more focus on cleanliness of the room, communication and guest support, this location could really shine."
