We stayed during the hottest July on record and two couples had rooms woth literally NO aircon , and one couple have fully functioning cold aircon. Why? The fan is the rooms is just useless and the heat was unbearable ..literally! Either state that some rooms DO NOT have air-conditioning or reduce the price of rooms that dont have it.
