A lot of personal and credit card information were required for online check in which is a high safety concern. After filled out all those info waited out side for 30minutes without any response plus the assistance phone number didn’t pick up until we tried 5 times. Loud AC and bad experience."

"Overall it was a nice stay. Great amenities for the kids and they were all open and in good repair. Staff were quite friendly. We stayed in a two-queen bed poolside unit and the music from the pool goes from 10am to 8pm and is very loud, so if you're looking for quiet, that's not the unit type for you. Bonus was that there was a BBQ on our patio that we didn't expect. Our room, bedding and towels were clean and everything worked well, although the stovetop was a bit tricky to use. One area...
