"The AC in the room was not working, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. I reported the issue, but it was not resolved in a timely manner. For a hotel at this price point, basic amenities like air conditioning should be fully functional. Unfortunately, this significantly impacted my experience."

"Vehicle was broken into during the day while parked at the hotel even though it’s a ‘secure’ closed gate parking. Was told I would not be charged for parking because of this and was almost charged at checkout until I noticed it. Wall AC unit was extremely loud at night. Bathroom sink, even though ‘newly renovated’ was two small for two guest and did not drain properly over two days. Avoid staying here with all the other options available in the area. "

"My mom & I stayed here for 3 nights & loved our stay! The hotel is in a great location & the staff is very friendly & super helpful! There is always water, a well stocked vending machine, & a coffee machine downstairs in the lobby, plus the best in-room coffee maker I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend, & I plan to stay here again myself when I can make it back to Vancouver! "

"Very good value as breakfast included. Can get busy in the dining area, so go early. Our suite had kitchenette which was reasonably equipped but in need of refreshing (tired paintwork, etc). Bathroom on the small side but shower powerful. Good location (construction work opposite until summer 2028)"
