"Staff were extremely helpfu The hotel got very busy due to the World Cup. There was a few mornings the breakfast was poor with things running out due to the volume of people. But it was a decent quality. The wife loved the freshly made omelettes Outside areas were very good. A bit short of loungers and seats around the pool on the busy days. The bar is not open during the day which I found strange and inconvenient but you could get sodas etc at reception. Only issue was I asked reception...

"The hotel is spacious has beautiful lounge area. The gym is spacious and has good equipment. Breakfast has variety and accommodation to vegetarian and lactose intolerant as myself. The room is clean, However the bed sheets smelled like someone was just sleeping there before us. I would have liked the sheets to be changed...they change every 3 days. Other than that it is a good experience."

"This hotel is in a good location near shops and it has a restaurant inside. The breakfast was the highlight of the stay. The room was dusty and not well cleaned. The toiletries weren’t filled up before our arrival so we ran out. The maid didn’t come till late afternoon, so we were unable to have our room cleaned since we were resting in the room. "This is a great hotel. Clean, nice apartment style rooms with a ktichen, solid gym, washer/dryer. Very nice bar/lounge and breakfast too. Good location across from the mall and easy on/off to Mass Pike."
