We were traveling with an elderly family member, and they kindly moved our room from the 3rd floor to the 2nd to better suit our needs. The staff is friendly and eager to assist with any requests—we asked for a kettle, and though it wasn’t a standard offering, they provided one with pleasure and checked if we needed anything else.
