"Th hotel is lovely and in a great area of town. The check in process was to put it politely "not customer friendly". We had to use an iPad to enter every bit of information, while the clerk (who had a full keyboard and could do this many times faster than 2 fingers on a small iPad) watched and did not intervene to assist unless asked. During Covid, this might have been helpful, but these days, it is simply inefficient and unnecessary. The staff were uneven - some were great (the 2nd person...

"Prettige ontvangst en zowel de entree als het restaurant en de kamer bleken flink vernieuwd sinds ons laatste verblijf een paar jaar geleden. Al met al een hele verbetering met een fijne regendouche en nieuw sanitair in onze badkamer. Ook her ontbijtbuffet is wat handiger vormgegeven. Al met al: gefeliciteerd met deze upgrade! "
