Good location however poor service.
We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel ...

The hotel is located on the South Bank of the Thames within walking distance of shops, restaurants and awesome entertainment. A very unique nautical theme makes the lobby interesting. Staff are all great and the rooms are modern and comfortable.
