"We’re so glad we decided to stay here instead of some chain hotel! It had so much character & charm. Our room was large & very comfortable. The bathroom was also large & beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. The grounds could use a little TLC (my husband was a landscaper 😉) but they were beautiful nonetheless. There was a wonderful Pub within walking distance where the food & atmosphere was wonderful! Perfect ending to our European vacation. Thank you 😊"

The current owners have turned this into a very clean, well presented and comfortable stay. The staff were efficient, friendly and courteous. "The shower in my room was broken and unusable, although I reported this to the hotel staff it remained that way for the 2 night stay I was booked in for, over a very hot weekend. I was disappointed that the shower was in the broken condition prior to my occupancy. Despite having emailed the hotel twice complaining about the situation, I as yet had no response from the hotel."
