"Rooms look tired!"

"This hotel should not be listed on Expedia! This Hotel is being used to house Asylum seekers. It was filthy, the bedding was stained. There was loud music playing at 12:30am from a function happening in the property. There are no keys to the hotel rooms, they're on digital door codes - which made me feel very unsafe that anyone could get into the room if they had the same combination code. I did not feel safe at all. I did not stay at the hotel. I am now trying to get my refund from Expedia."

"Hotel room was very nice big so was the bathroom, only thing I didn’t like much our room Window was facing the Bar & Restaurant, so you couldn’t leave ur curtains open, when I opened the curtains people were looking up , would of preferred a window looking out side the road with natural light, bedroom was very warm & stuffy even though the air con had instruction we just couldn’t get it working the room was nice I’d still stay there again but just ask for an out side window."

"Didn’t care for the bar staff but the rest were very good, still don’t like tips being added to bills. Really liked the room. The size , the coloring and the less is more furniture and there being no raised threshold at the bathroom door. Of coarse , the location doesn’t get better for the airport! The scrambled eggs at breaky were not palatable to me and I hate to waste food. If only the Copthorne Tara with twenty times the numbers had as many coffee and toaster machines and overhead heat...

"Outstanding hotel. Lovely staff on desk, clean comfortable and amazingly quiet room overlooking the planes. Powerful shower. It is right next to departures South terminal. enough. I got a bit lost finding it from the station (Google Maps isn't very clear) but it is v straightforward. It could not be more convenient"

"Great location for Gatwick airport. Staff lovely and communications good. Room door lock was standard for B&B so we put our heaviest suitcase behind it to feel a little more secure. The front door was wide open when we left and no staff manning the reception which intruders could take advantage of. However the price and location of our stay was good."

"The central forced-air heating had been turned off throughout the hotel after a recent heat wave. When we checked in it was 13°C outside and the room heat would not turn on. The Duty manager was unable to turn it on after five phone call attempts, requiring 20 mins wait each, allthis lasted until past 2AM, and waked-up by this manager calling to see if it was working yet. It was not, it was blowing colder air in to our room. He tried to move us to another room and same issue there, after 30mins...

"LANGSHOTT STATEOF MIND Tudor Licious is all I can say , as whilst recumbent in my hotel room in Cannes after an early morning flight . Part of me had been. excited to leave britain the other wished I was waking slowly in the glorious four poster bed I had slept in .last night In hindsight somehow i knew it was a one of a kind hotel stay when the heavy studded door swing open onto a balcony overlooking a green algae duck.pond with two doves cooeing in contentment as the warm evening...

"Oh my Goodness where do I start! Jon, Nick, Laura and the lovely woman who cooked my breakfast were all so helpful and accommodating! Its such a beautiful Bed & Breakfast, with a quiet and relaxing back patio to enjoy with your free beverages, and a lounge area too. My room was so comfortable. The Shuttle to and from the Airport was Invaluable and £15 each way. Different breakfast options are also offered. It was a peaceful walk to the Parson's Pig. Where I had supper. The food was so...

"The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect location for Gatwick Airport. The staff arranged for a hired car to drive us to the airport. We did not eat in the on-site restaurant, but it looked very nice."
