"The staff Ms. Lanita and the evening lady were really nice but I did not like the fact that everytime you needed to use the elevator you had to wait in staff to let you up. I didn’t like the fact that I was charged for a night when I checked in the next day due to flight delays because of bad weather. It’s a very outdated hotel the good thing is it’s right on the harbor and a Ruth Chris and McCormick’s is in the hotel. Would I book again??? Probably not "

"I chose this stay for the breakfast bar, had I known you had to pay for the buffet I would’ve chose a different location. This wasn’t clear when booking. Otherwise room was clean, would advise to bring own blankets"
