"Pool was broken, looked like for a long time.. didnt seem like a plan was inplace to get it working.. there was a $100 deposit that was not stated before or at the time of booking, carpet in room made feet and socks black/dirty, showers drain did not drain quickly, the tub filler/over head water selector was broken and shower head was spraying everywhere. Smelly room from neighbors pot smoking."

"I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right."

As much as the rooms are, I wish they included breakfast. In the room, the bathroom door doesn't offer a lot of privacy. It's a sliding barn style door so it doesn't fully close. "Hotel is a little on the dated side. It could use a refreshing but the room was clean and comfortable. Stayed there the night before we left to be close to BWI airport. Staff was friendly. Shuttle service was very good. Breakfast was decent but they need to get away from the instant coffee packets. A couple of eating options relatively close by (McDonalds down the street, kabob place next door, Chipotle and a Dunkin Donuts about a 15 minute walk away). Good for a night or so for people...

"Pickup at airport within 20 minutes. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable. What stood out above and beyond were the staffs commitment to the customer. From the first shuttle driver to the gal that has 2 sons all were cheerful and very friendly and professional. We truly enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this hotel with these staff members. Love from Michigan and Wales. You guys rocked it out!!!!!!"

I was unable to have dinner there because I was told that there was only 1 server and the kitchen is backed up and that my wait time would be over 45 minutes. In addition to this there was only 1 working elevator which meant terribly long lines and long waits to navigate the hotel. "Staff was very friendly and accommodating, gave hotel a 4 star opposed to a 5 star other guest dropped food all in the hall. Staff cleaned it up just that I actually seen the mess and do appreciate they came and cleaned it and not wait for the morning to get it up"
