"Centrally located in downtown Zurich, hotel Franziskaner. The room was amazingly clean and it has a kitchenette, stove, fridge, electric kettle that made our stay even more enjoyable since we can cook anything that we wanted to eat. The staff was excellent hands down they were so accommodating and so helpful, special mention to Alli and the amazing lady at the front desk (sorry I forgot her name). "I don’t highly recommend this hotel to travelers as the hotel needed lots of update. The location is far from the city centre. Rooms are small and old."

"The hotel is very nice and clean. Staffs are very friendly. Only thing that I was disappointed was there is no refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. They provide hot water in the lobby. Free parking spots are available but limited."
