You could tell there was no air conditioning in that area, perhaps it was broken or hotel trying to save money but temp levels were warmer than outdoors "

"This was the nastiest hotel that I’ve ever seen. Inside the hotel wreaks of marijuana and stale cigarettes. Even the non smoking room stunk like cigarettes. I got a sore throat from breathing the smoky air. The walls were filthy. There was an ink pen in the toilet paper instead of a roller.
