"We LOVED staying here on our visit to Chicago. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are very comfortable, our host, Jose, was impeccable. The morning breakfast choices were just right. There is a nice clean frig that we used to stash some of our personal items that is allowed as well as access to a nice outside area with tables. My ONLY suggestion to the hotel ( and I do mean only) is that the pillows were flat that suited my back sleeping husband but slightly below par for side sleepers like me. Even...

"It was a good stay. The hotel was being renovated while we were there, so some areas were inaccessible due to construction, but the staff were friendly and did their best to help as needed. Overall, it's a cute hotel with fun sports-themed art. The gym is completely updated and new, which my sons used, and the bar/restaurant is also nice. Even with an exorbitant nightly rate, we still had to pay a resort fee which should have been included in that rate.
