"The location is great. There's so much nearby within walking distance. It's an easy uber drive to Wrigley Stadium and close enought to Cloud gate and river tours. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working during our stay so it meant going up and down 4 flights of stairs. The staff was very friendly! They had just opened a new in house restaurant which is convenient, we just didnt get enough time to try it. "

"The staff is very kind and helpful. I almost feel guilty writing this because they’re so sweet, but you should be forewarned. The room and property are very run down and dingy. The pillows are hard and lumpy. The windows are filthy. The room has a window AC and it’s very stuffy. It smelled mildewy. We booked 2 nights and left for another hotel after the first night.
