"Very friendly and professional staff on all levels. Location in Chicago is second to none. The food in the restaurant was delicious. But it's obvious structure-wise that Hilton has cut corners with cheap room furniture, bathroom had loose and rusted shower head and handle etc. Lamps looked like garage sale items. TV froze constantly on cable. Our floor's elevator button was cracked and broken and reminded me of something a slumlord would ignore...Normally I would look past some of this stuff but when the hotel charges are through the roof I would expect some things different."

"Rooms are only cleaned every three days but they don’t tell you that at check in. No towels or toilet paper restocked. Rooms are just okay. Free drink tickets at bar that doesn’t open until 5 pm. Gee thanks. Breakfast is Waffle House level. It’s okay but not great. Lobby is beautiful."

"The staff at Hotel Felix were kind, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The location is also a strong point — walking distance to a lot of great Chicago spots, which made getting around easy. My experience was somewhat diminished by the mandatory Urban Fee added at check-in. I understand many hotels are moving in this direction, but travelers should be aware of the additional required cost when budgeting for their stay. Outside of that, the team and location were the highlights for me."

"Absolutely perfect stay in Chicago. Everything we needed was there, breakfast was over the top amazing. I LOVE the area and the pizza spot downstairs, this place includes other perks also like BOGO well drink downstairs. Big Gay Sal’s pizza also does room service. I have never felt so at home away from home. 10/10 recommend, HIGHLY recommend"

"Ron, at the front desk was so kind and helpful - the others, not so much. The first room was ok but a little funky and old for the price, the 2nd room was much better with plenty of room for 2. Can’t beat the location! Rooftop bar was pleasant. I would stay there again but make sure I got the right room"
