Staff were kind and let us check in early which was welcome after a very early flight. Starlite bar was nice and actually busy for a Thursday. Only negatives were that the bathroom is quite small and auto turn off of the light was a bit annoying. "We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the room was wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept great. Everything was very clean, and you can feel the high level of service. The staff was friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the kitchen — the food was excellent. On the downside: the chair in the room was very uncomfortable. Thank you "

"Swimmers beware: I booked this stay specifically because of the lap pool. However, the pool is closed without an expected re-open date. The pool is still advertised everywhere. The hotel was otherwise fine, and I appreciated the included breakfast and the view from the restaurant area."
