After ten minutes of waiting and three additional groups showing up to check-in, I called the number. They were shocked by the call and also could not locate anyone on property to help. Someone finally came and was robotic, no hospitality, not apologetic. This was a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT for a Hilton property. "I booked, online as soon as we enter the room we got out and ask for my money back. The room was nasty unsanitary, pubic hair, the bathroom hasn’t been clean in awhile nasty spot on the couch there was a nasty fan with years of accumulated dust. Nasty!!! I have pictures! I am still waiting for my money back."
