Cleanliness- beds with stains, the smell was bad( smoke)bathroom,parking lot also dirty. Loud noises very late at night that lasted into the early hours of the morning. The staff was ok, but not the best. Not worth the money we paid.

The room toilet was keeping on overflowing and had nasty toilet paper in the tank, paint drips all over the shower area. Rips in comforter. They told me I can have a late check out, and they went back on there word and was very rude about it. So not impress.

Silver Legacy Reno- A Caesars Rewards Destination
Great casino. Clean rooms. Ice machine on my floor broken. Restaurants had good food but only one restaurant was open before 10 and after 10pm. Thought Expedia said all fees were paid. Got charged more “hotel fees” at check out $180!!
