"Room was nice. No elevator, only stairs and all rooms are on 2nd & 3rd floor. Terrible sketchy neighborhood. Bartenders were helpful, especially Jess, as there’s no front desk or luggage assistance."

"I booked a King sized bed and when I arrived was given 2 small very uncomfortable beds. I asked to be moved and was told they were sold out. was given the choice to take a refund and leave or deal with it. "For such a great hotel &casino - I got really unlucky with a defective or broken AC/Fan unit - it kept me up all night for two nights rattling and coughing up these ratchet noises. My only option was to turn it off completely which made the room stuffy and hot. For $1,000 dollars, I definitely got the short end of the stick. Very expensive trip for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and I’m leaving early because I couldn’t stand another night like that. I hope you folks can fix the AC/Fan unit...
