"Clean comfortable room, casino was busy, restaurants were good "

"Room was clean. Nice bathroom amenities. The cleaning staff was super friendly and willing to give extra water and coffee upon request. The front desk is busy at times and the self check in kiosks are a little confusing. They have a pool, it looked nice and they include it in the resort fee, but it was way too cold to use that. The resort fee also covers valet parking, even though they still require a tip. IMHO, that should be a thing that should be asked about. Bowling and fun center right in the resort, gambling as well. They also have some places to eat, as well as a spa I guess (didn’t use it), and even has a tattoo parlor."

"Everything was great, food, service, rooms, staff. The only thing frustrating was the elevators. We were on level 22 and sometimes it would go to 20 and reset and we would have to go down again. Other than that we loved it."

"Clean room, excellent in room food, kids friendly, ambiance very vibrant and appealing . What I didn’t like is ..smoke on level 1 next to cafe espresso ."

"The room I got had no microwave. The water in the shower didn’t get too hot. The beds were comfortable. Food options were a little less desirable."

"Parking was an absolute nightmare, and most of the staff either didn't care about any concerns we had or were under the influence of drugs or some other substance. The room had damages upon arrival and when notified they brushed it off and said "oh we know we wont hold it against you" Provided TP had chemical stains on it as well! I would NOT recommend ANYONE stay in this establishment."

"Cleanliness- beds with stains, the smell was bad( smoke)bathroom,parking lot also dirty. Loud noises very late at night that lasted into the early hours of the morning. The staff was ok, but not the best. Not worth the money we paid. "
