"The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening."

"The first room we were put in had a bench right outside the door where other guests would sit and talk on their phones and smoke. Our door had daylight showing under the door which allowed their smoke to come straight into our room. The smell was horribly strong and we had a headache within minutes. "Took over an hour to check in 3 people ahead. Tried calling the property to extend reservation, told they were having phone problems but nobody followed up. Told deposit would be available immediately at check out then at check out, told 3-5 business days. The gal checking out was way more helpful than checkin in"

"The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking."
