"Property location was great. There is a miscommunication between Expedia and that hotel though, if you book the accessibility room there is NO sofa bed like Expedia says they have! They didn’t tell us that when we checked in which was a huge bummer"

"I truly love staying at this hotel, it is generally my first choice. It is close enough to walk to Greater Nevada Field, or the event center. Midtown depending on how far you want to venture you can walk or drive a short way and park and walk through the rest. Everyone in the hotel is accommodating. Whenever I have prepaid, if they can let me check in early they do or at minimum part all my stuff in the lot and then I walk around downtown. Family friendly, unique and nice bathrooms too. Love...

"The room was absolutely spotless, with every corner nicely arranged, creating such a warm and inviting vibe. The staff was super friendly and always ready to lend a hand, which made my stay even better! As for the casino, it still has that same fun atmosphere and familiar layout that I loved from my last visit, buzzing with vibrant lights and the exciting sounds of spinning slot machines."

"This hotel is way over priced and lack of proper management. When we arrived at our room, by the door there was still a pile of garbage left by the previous owner. Inside the kitchen cabinet, the trash can was full as well. We had to call the housekeeping which was the front desk twice to have them removed. Yet the hotel has audacity to charge us $120 pet cleaning fee for just one night, which added to the bill and made it total $700, not mention the low quality breakfast choice. This is a...

"We like staying at holiday inn.Express and part of that is due to the breakfast, which was very good. Two things notable were the carpet in our room hadn't been cleaned of little burrs, which I would step on from time to time. And also the shuttle back to the airport doesn't run until 9AM. That limits early flight times. Overall it was a good experience."

"I almost never complain but my initial room was filthy. carpet was torn, smelled like urine and heavy cleaning supplies. They were nice enough to place me in a different room but that one had a used Kleenex by the bed and dead bug on the carpet. I questioned whether the sheets had been washed and decided to sleep in my clothes."

"There was no hot water in the shower and the bed was so old that the springs were sagging and every time one of us moved the other one moved. The breakfast was old granola bars and coffee that was terrible. The only ice machine is in the lobby and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed. The parking lot didn’t have enough spaces for the amount of rooms that were there. We were told to park across the street at the casino’s free parking."

"The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking."

"Worked well for my show to stay close by. Was great all in all but bummed there were no microwaves available on the property as I had meal prep and needed one. Otherwise everything was clean and in working order! Staff was helpful for any questions and the valet service was fabulous!"
