"Room was nice. No elevator, only stairs and all rooms are on 2nd & 3rd floor. Terrible sketchy neighborhood. Bartenders were helpful, especially Jess, as there’s no front desk or luggage assistance."

"Beautiful room. Clean comfortable bed. Fluffy large towels. Everything about this place was top notch. Staff was amazing."

"Nicely renovated hotel that accommodates dogs, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are cute, but very small. Shower has glass walls so your partner can watch you I guess. Loud AC, but is better than no AC. Only has a tea kettle and instant coffee in the room, but it was good. "

"Clean room. Confusing signage. From lobby you can go directly to food and casino. Map is not helpful. Not given unless you ask to find restaurants. Pillows not soft. Staff at checkin very helpful. Get rewards card to avoid long line to checkin "

"The area was in an industrial part of town and not the best part of town! Parking was OK. The hotel staff was very good. We didn’t have any interaction with the housekeeping staff other than getting clean towels. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff was very accommodating. The only thing negative in the room was I didn’t have a very comfortable chair and there was no counter space in the bathroom."

"The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the shower head was broken and sprayed all over me when I turned it on. There were also no tissues in the room."

"The service was friendly and great! Parking was good, the place seems a little run down, kinda feels unkept, it seems clean, but smoky in the lobby and halls, thankfully didn’t smell smoke in the room. Has too much light in the room for night time, but it’s nice. Beds are firm. But we’re grateful for them. The king bedroom we had didn’t have a refrigerator, when others did (that we learned about)."

"The name of the hotel tells its own; there is no iron, no iron table, no hair dry, no microwave in Tye room, tiny size of shampoo, and the coffee in the room doesn’t have any taste."

"Horrible. Long story but The front desk was not knowledgeable, and no one knew protocols and just made up stuff as they pleased, and when I tried to address the matter they hung up on me. Would never book or stay with this company again. I escalated my experience to the franchise and they too had issues contacting and communicating with this property."

"Wasn’t sure what to expect with the negative reviews but it was perfectly fine. Beds were pretty stiff but the room and sheets were all clean. Didn’t find an ice machine and the property is definitely older but everything worked and we were close to downtown Reno "

"Small room, small bed, AC not working, room’s decoration is outdated, noisy and construction or repairing other sections of the room early in the morning which woke me up and most of the elevators are broken, and only one elevator working for the entire hotel and parking structure. This is the first and will be my last booking with this hotel. My next stay will be at Peppermill or Atlantis."

"Clean room, everything worked well, but the floor was dirty so wear socks to keep your feet clean. There was some riff raft hanging around outside of the rooms smoking the evil weed and getting loud, but they didn’t bother anyone. The parking area is very well lit. The motel is right smack next to the freeway, so there is traffic noise. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed as a halfway stop of a 2 day drive and it served its purpose."
