"Breakfast was great and even with a full hotel, the area wasn’t busy at 7am. The room was decent, strong AC, water strength in the shower was great, but it looked like there were two small holes in the wall near the bed that should be repaired. The ventilation in the bathroom should be considered since the airflow is non existent. It gets hot in the bathroom with the door closed regardless of the temp of the room. Check in was easy; however, the lady at the front desk didn’t seem particularly pleasant. Again, full house with people checking in all at the same time but first impressions are always important. Only one elevator for everyone (small) and two luggage carts so keep that in mind when checking in. The line for the elevator at 3pm was long. I’m a Hilton and Marriott member so this was my first time in a very long time staying outside of those two brands. Since there were events happening this weekend, this hotel had the best rates and reviews. Everything seemed justified and the bed was very comfy as well. "

"So the room itself is very small and quaint. The area around the hotel looks a little rough but the hotel itself is well kept and has great security. The pros, great value. Room was very clean and perfect for a quick one night stay. Water didn't take forever to get hot. Area was very quiet. The cons, the mattress was not comfortable. You could definitely feel the springs beneath, but it's not the worst. The room doesn't stay dark as they have shudders instead of curtains. Also, the bed itself isn't fixed to the wall/frame. It will move and it will be noisy. "
