Loved this hotel, and so did my wife and two teenage children. Room was spacious and stylish. Great location and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.
Our only gripe was that on Xmas Day morning, despite getting to the restaurant for 9am for breakfast, we were unable to find a table and were left to roam around the restaurant to wait for one to become available, along with lots of other people faced with the same dilemma. They should have held new arrivals in a waiting area until tables were cleared etc. We were able to find a table fine the next day, so it may just have been that everybody arrived at a similar time on Xmas day. Apart from that little hiccup, we loved this place and will definitely return when next in Rome. Good price too for the location and room/food etc.

Our room is a bit noisy because we are on the first floor! It will be better if we’re on the higher level. Staffs are helpful and friendly! We have dinner at their one night, food are good but I was serve with a cup of coffee with milk when off:- not a nice experience!
Location of the hotel is easy to get around. About 10 minutes walk to the train station! Lots of restaurant around these areas.

They are the most attentive personnel we have ever encountered. Their cleaning staff is always checking in with you and an excellent room service. Would recommend to anyone.

The hotel has retained certain aspects of its luxurious past, such as the vintage elevator, that give a unique glamour to the whole facility!

立地もよく歴史を感じる素敵なホテルでした。フロントの方も優しくて、どこに行くにも便利な場所で最高でした。
家族で2部屋利用しましたが一つの部屋がトイレの流れが悪く不便でした。
それ以外は申し分ないです。

Ottima struttura al centro di Roma con supermercato vicino. Gradevole la colazione, pulizia e accoglienza. L 'unico appunto che si può fare è avere qualche canale televisivo in più tipo sky news . Consigliato
