"Great property in excellent location, just a block away from the Powder tower. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast and facility is well maintained. Only one down side is that even though the room is well kept in cleaned everyday, the cleaning of the bathroom was not up to standard. It was a just quick job that could have done better. Overall, the hotel is great, would stay again, J would remind the front desk to do a better job on cleaning the bathroom. 4.5 out 5 start."

"The hotel is right across from the main train station which was super-convenient, and there is a tram stop around the corner. The room was well-designed and the staff members were all friendly and helpful. We had a bit of a snafu the final evening and the staff worked hard to rectify it as soon as possible, which was great. "The location was perfect. We were in the center of Prague. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast, which was included was delicious. The only problem was that the only elevator was broken so we hhad to climb five flights of stairs (120 steps) to get to our room. Hopefully this problem was fixed quickly as it made you think before you left your room!"
