"Unbelievable stay! We did the First Light Experience with breakfast and it was one of the most memorable things we have ever done! The staff were truly outstanding and went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of. Yes, it is alot of money to stay at this resort, but it was truly a once in a lifetime experience! "

"Very good location only a few mins walk from the train station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Facility and the room was modern and clean; washroom was excellent with hot water for a shower. Breakfast was plentiful with good selection. Only minor issue is ventilation (I opened the window but some bugs flew in)."

"Nice location near the river so you can hear the water and feels kind of relaxing but they need to handle better the humidity. Towels and bed sheets smells humid. The staff is really nice, property looks little bit older but have great potential."

"Hotel location is very convenient, 3 min walk to Machu Picchu bus station, 5 min walk to railway station, staff is very nice, dinner food is good, room is clean, however the step down into the shower may have trip concern. Wifi doesn’t work very well at room. Overall we enjoyed the stay in this hotel. "

Not many amenities provided but this is understandable being we are in the mountains. Staff was very nice and helpful.
