"This hotel is an absolute gem! We felt so welcome. The hotel is beautifully maintained and the location ideal for day trips in the Pyrenees or just relaxing on the terrace. Breakfast is wonderful and we highly recommend having dinners at the hotel which are like a luxury restaurant with local seasonal ingredients right at your “home”. This is a special place - highly recommend."

"It was a great experience, especially for our daughter who just experienced to play in the snow for the first time. the hotel located just in front of the mountain, ski area, cafetaria, etc. A minor thing, compare to the price, the amenities given are only for the bathroom. "Alors dès le premier jour on a eu un problème avec la baignoire qui perdue de l'eau et le coffre qui ne fonctionnait pas Il a fallu attendre le deuxième jour pour que tout soit préparé c'est pas possible au prix de la chambre, on s'entendait avoir un meilleur service. Aucun cadeau rien tout payant, même le contenu du petit frigo Équipement zéro, pas de cafetière, pas de bouilloire. Rien du tout Personnel pas très sympa hormis, une personne gentille. Le reste du personnel n'était pas gentil....
