"Just spent the holiday weekend at this charming bed and breakfast. I loved the private parking and the access to a full kitchen. The room itself was perfect. It had a comfortable bed and it's own bathroom with two sinks! It's located just 5 minutes from Niagara State Park. We were able to keep food in the refrigerator and cook something up when hungry. The owner is on premises and able to answer any questions you may have. Overall I loved staying here and would highly recommend staying here when...

"Dan & Jamie were very kind and nice, and communication with them was excellent. The room was very clean, and the atmosphere felt dreamy. The street was also very quiet and nice. It was only a 15-minute walk to Niagara Falls. They prepared an amazing breakfast for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again."

"The room was nice and clean. But it was really small for a hotel room. It lacked an alarm clock (basic nessitity) It would have been nice to have a luggage rack to put our luggage on instead all our suitcases were on the floor. There was no lighing upon enetering the room. You had to go by the bed to turn the light on over the bed."

"So this hotel is pretty nice for a place to lay your head. We stayed for only 1 night. It was pretty clean. You could tell it was recently renovated. The 3 things I noticed were that the ceiling light in room 33 looked pretty beat up, the smoke detector looked dirty but upon closer inspection it was painted over and the vents on the air conditioner where dirty. But the floors, the bathroom and furniture where clean. The mattresses are in cased and pretty comfy. We would definitely stay again....

"Stayed one night and I’m glad about that. Good location. The linen and bathroom were clean. That’s as good as it gets here. Can’t speak for the breakfast. The floors were filthy throughout the facility and in the room as well. Nothing in the room looked like it was wiped down. The bed was comfy and the tv worked. No bed begs experienced. Don’t expect much here."
