"Ski vacation. Clean and very accommodating for ski equipment. Older building that has been well cared for with rooms that are simply decorated and updated. Fridge, micro and counter eating area perfect for making simple breakfast and eating leftovers. Easy walking access to restaurants even in sloppy winter conditions. "

"This property is very dated, and it shows it, through flow around the three buildings to get to the amenities, parking areas, fixtures, appliances, dilapidated exteriors, bathroom, and common spaces. These buildings are 45 years old and they wear it. The room was a fine space to spend a weekend, but a cheap, clunky, ugly portable 'closet' installed between the bedroom and living room in place of a wall interrupted the flow of the unit in a jarring manner. Extra blankets in said closet smelled...

"The hot pool never disappoints. Comfortable bed, in room mini fridge and microwave are welcome amenities. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Can't beat the drink specials and $1 shrimp at the Star Lounge. I hear there are new owners that are going to do some maintenance and renovations and I sure hope they keep the rad North Star vibes we've loved for years. "

"My friends and I had a great time at The Greenbrier Inn while we were on a weekend trip skiing. I was able to book my room quickly and they had availability even the week before at exceptional pricing. Steve was very accommodating even when we got to the inn late Friday night. We called prior our arrival to make sure we could get our keys as the front desk does have its hours and were told specific instructions to obtain our keys. "Place was disgusting, I would not allow my hunting dog to sleep in those rooms, toilet non functioned, dirty stained bedding and floors, bathroom was nasty.. we left no money back do not care... The entire place smelled like moldy wet dirty socks.. hair and other things on floors. Place should be condemned.."

"Check in was super easy, room was absolutely spotless and decorated very nicely. Beds are extremely comfortable, and amenities provided gave everything you would need. Located perfectly between Killington and Woodstock. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Probably one of the cleanest motels I’ve ever stayed in, would definitely recommend. "

"My family of 3 stay here about every six weeks. We have been staying at the 506 for about 8 years now. While we love the location, the staff at breakfast, and the pool/hot tub, the shared spaces during this visit seemed worn, not the cleanest and the number of staff was sparse. They have increased their prices since the new owners took over about a year ago and although they’ve updated the rooms with paint, new linens, decor, it seems the family vibes and familiarity are non-existent. "
