I requested a kettle and iron and these were delivered to me very quickly. My room was cleaned every day. The location is great for walking to Times Square etc but by the hotel felt a little unsafe. "Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Personal an der Rezeption und am Eingang waren kompetent und hilfsbereit. Die Putzfrau hat auch ihre Arbeit geleistet. Wir hatten die Unterkunft ohne Frühstück gebucht, deswegen können wir hierzu nichts sagen. Es gibt im EG Kühlschränke (Getränke und Snacks). "Staff was great. Very attentive, hard working and kind. The only things I would encourage the company to work on is tending to their drains and pest control which I know can be difficult in such a busy part of the city."
