"First room they put us in the door would not lock. Called front desk and they said no engineer on duty so we would have to wait. Waited an hour someone came up to look at the door to see it did not lock. So he said he would change rooms. Second room they put us in there was dried blood on the sink. At this time it’s 1am we are tired so I just let it go. Thank god I carry my own cleaning wipes and disinfectant so I cleaned it myself. With no one being available I figured it would be another hour...

"The location is great. Near Port Authority and of course right on 42nd st about a block or two from the hustle of Times Square. It was my first time trying out the Pod hotel franchise and it was a good experience over all with the hotel itself. On our second day, the room next door decided to smoke in their room and it filled my room up with the smell of cigarettes. I had to crack open the window in 30 degree temps in the middle of the night. After 30 mins of that and hotel security coming up to...

"This was a great hotel to stay at in Midtown Manhattan. It was within walking distance of a lot of NYC's attractions. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. It was decorated beautifully and the daily breakfast was top notch! The staff were very friendly and accommodating as well. I would stay here again in a New York minute LOL!"
