"Excellent service from the moment we walked in through the time that we checked out. Property was beautiful and the lounge on the second floor was always well stocked with pastries and refreshments that were nice to have after coming back in from the city. Location was within walking distance of several major attractions, but also tucked away just enough to be on the quieter side. Would stay here again without hesitation."

"The rooms are small, however it was very clean and the staff, especially Grace at the front desk, was very helpful during our stay. Lord, was the bartender that helped us on two different occasions and was very friendly and accommodating. The only con that I have was The view from our room. However, I suspect a lot of rooms have that same view of the city, which was mostly buildings and tops of buildings. "There is a $30/night Resort Fee, for which you get a mediocre continental breakfast, wine in the lobby at 5 pm, and wifi. Someday these fees will be illegal, I hope. The soaps were from L'Occitane and smelled great. The staff was very nice. There are bathrobes in the closet and a safe. The sink drained too slowly and the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. Also, they should put nightlights in the bathrooms. "Very nice hotel in the heart of the city. Wonderful staff that was very warm and welcoming. We were welcomed with a hand written note in our bedroom. Fully stocked mini-bar and including useful amenities like a phone charger. We used none of it as we loved the bar downstairs too much ♡. Well decorated room with a wonderful king bed, down pillows, crispy sheets, fluffy towels and a bathrobe.
