"The staff was very welcoming, we were greeted promptly and they addressed our parking needs quickly. The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. The location is excellent, short walk to shore or old town. Excellent place - I will be sure to return."

"On ne se gare pas devant l'hotel, qui au coeur du village, dans des rues étroites..; ce n'est pas un problème, le village est facilement accessible, mais encore faut il en être informé.
Arrivé sur place, la personne qui nous a accueilli était peu avenante...pas mal aimable, mais peu chaleureux comparativement à la Grèce.
A part cela, la chambre, l'établissement, la piscine, le village tout est beau et fait pour votre séjour. Eneffet à moins de 5 minutes à pied, vous pouvez prendre votre petit...

"Beautiful, clean spacious hotel, if you're looking for quality food high end restaurant and fine dining this is the best choice hotel, set in a great location, right on the beach, choice of villas and apartments with private pool, or room with a swim up pool, or just room without pool.
Staff are brilliant, speak excellent English, such wonderful helpful staff, first time to Crete and would definitely return to this Crete and this hotel.

"Das Uzenie ist für uns eines der top drei Hotels, in denen wir bisher weltweit waren. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und schafft dadurch eine einzigartige Atmosphäre zum wohlfühlen. Das Essen war erstklassig und man sitzt beim Essen 50m vom Meer entfernt mit Blick auf einen atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang. Das Botique-Hotel wurde 2025 eröffnet und somit ist alles sehr neu, luxuriös, sauber und technisch auf dem modernsten Stand. Wir durften 2 Stunden früher in unser Zimmer und 2 Stunden länger...
