Hotel Keluarga di Revere

"This was a convenient location to visit Salem and Boston. The bus and train station were right outside the hotel. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our suite and enjoyed the sunrise from the bed."

"Hotel is very busy with airport overnighters so there is a lack of personal attention, cleanliness, and overall appearance. I reserved a handicap walk in shower with a sofa bed, as all beds are too high for my 84 year old mother to get into. Our room didn’t have the sofa bed so I went to the lobby again pushing a wheelchair, a suitcase, and carrying a walker, only to be told walk in shower rooms don’t have sofa beds. The man ordered a roll away bed for us. Two hours later still no roll away. ...

"The room we were in had no electricity to the overhead and stove , the right window was broke, the cleaning staff, well they weren’t much around plus you couldn’t speak to them cause I speak a thee English. We had to call down for toilet paper and wash clothes. Now the front staff especially Lauren was outstanding"

"There was no hot water when I tried to take my shower next morning. When we went down for breakfast most of it was out. The food was cold not really warm. The sausages weren’t cooked enough and cold. There is also pool signs everywhere when there is no pool on the property which was confusing. The room that we stayed was okay. But my family and I were not impressed with the stay."
