"The hotel is nice and clean. Just wanted to bring attention to this: I worked night shift this week and I checked in Tuesday 4/14 around 2:30 am. I got my key and room assigned and walked to my room. Key worked, tried to open the door and… the door has the door lock bolt from the inside. I honestly panicked and start walking away from the door. A gentleman came half asleep and startled. I apologized and showed him my room key. Fortunately he understood and went back to sleep. That could’ve ended VERY bad for me. Imagine someone trying to open your room door at 2:30 in the morning!! I understand it was a mistake from the front desk personnel. But, I travel a lot for work and in over 15 years of staying out of town in hotels, this is the very first time this happens to me."

"I had to park off site. The valet parking appeared to be great and efficient. Time didn’t allow me to use the pool. Everything appeared to be great. I am just broken hearted about my mother’s ring that I took off while I was laying on the bed. W placed it beside me then forgot about it. I have called several times. Each time I am told house keeping would have items that are left behind but no one has called me back!"

"My day was absolutely horrible. I checked in the room and they checked me into a room that wasn’t even clean. Garbage was everywhere. I booked a non-smoking room the whole entire hotel smells like smoke. I went down to the front desk and got no assistance. They didn’t even try to accommodate their mistake and put me in a different room. Neither did they refund me my money. This hotel is a joke and I’m actually shocked that Apex is still allowing them to operate in the heart of their town"
