"Hotel is in need of quality updates. Much of the "repairs" looked like a budget handyman did them, not a hotel. There were stains on the carpet, bed sheets, and shower. The elevator took FOREVER. The worst though, was our final night our whole floor smelled strong like weed & was very smoky. We have several in our party with health conditions (my mother just had heart surgery and my daughter is asthmatic), so we notified the staff of the smoke. They said they couldn't do anything about it,...

The black lady at the front desk was very rude and nasty to customers I believe her name was Camilla, i called her on the phone from my room and told her my room was not clean as I requested it to be done and no one came. she than said well all works gone for the today and I need to come down for towels because she is busy so my husband when down for the towels and she send him and told him he need to come back with the dirty...

"My complaints are preference based: There was only sausage options during our stay no bacon :( The pancake machine was producing raw pancakes. I had to do a couple batches to get ones that weren’t raw in the middle. Could’ve had a pancake station and waffle station instead of 2 pancakes. The guy checking us in was kind of lousy tbh but we did check in around 1am but Otherwise everything was really nice we stayed in 3 hotels over 5 days and this one was by far the nicest!!! Would stay here...
