"Only issue- front desk told us we did not need to be at airport 3 hrs before-sais it was a small airport. Not true if going out of D gate. Shuttle got us there about 2 hrs and 10 minutes before flight. Was just enough time so quite stressful"

"Accommodations were excellent with a perfect location! The apartment was clean, well stocked (salt, coffee, laundry detergent, etc.), high end finishes, very comfortable bed and pull out couch, and quality toiletries. We did not get an e-mail ahead of time for check-in but our host was there upon arrival and was very communicative through messaging. Thank you for a perfect stay!"

"I made a reservation for this hotel in February 2026. When we arrived on the evening of June 3, we were told that due to a "maintenance issue" our room wasn't available, and that we needed to go to another hotel several miles away, and with a lower star rating.
As other's have reported similar issues, it seems that this hotel will deliberately bump a reservation if they can find a higher paying one. The receptionist at the hotel we were sent to confirmed that this happens frequently. Do NOT...

"The room was beautifully appointed and very clean. We opted for the Sapphire suite with access to the hot tub. (side note- this is advertised as being private, but it is on a shared balcony with no dividers).
We also chose to include breakfast and that was wonderful. There were many hot and cold food options and a good variety of beverages as well. Great offering especially when traveling with kids.
You should absolutely visit the spa if you get a chance. It was the best way to end our trip....
