"Lovely place to stay!
We stayed for a night, perfect room for our family of 4 for our quick stopover.
Breakfast was included too, which was a lovely selection of cereals and a fry up. Parking was easy. Tea/coffee in the room too.

"Great welcome to the property and given advice on offers of where to eat. Room was spacious, outlook was onto car park but we don’t spend much time in there and hadn’t booked a sea view so that was fine. We were given a pass for parking. Short walk to theatre. Nathan is a lovely host, couldn’t have been made more welcome. Well done to him running the B & B on his own."

"Room was excellent with everything we needed and a great view. Staff were all polite and friendly. Breakfast and evening meal were spot on and loved everything about the restaurant from layout to the plates and cutlery. Defo recommend!"

"Lovely large room and decent sized shower room. Free parking was a big plus point.
Plenty of choice on the tea / coffee tray. Staff were helpful and courteous.
Breakfast for my personal taste was a little underwhelming, large plate with only one item of each, and a poorly cooked poached egg. Good choice of cereals and yoghurts. Nice to have a cafetiere for the morning coffee.
All in all though, I / we will be staying here again if in the area as it provides really good value for money in...

"Positives: Free parking on the street, WiFi at the property. Staff friendly,
Negatives: booked a deluxe suite but received 2 different rooms on the same floor with shared bathroom. Even if we were the only ones at the floor it had direct access from the staircase. Pictures are misleading, the property looks much worse. Poor options on breakfast."
