The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and I truly appreciated their help in arranging an early check-in, which made my arrival so much easier and more comfortable. "Staff were very friendly and helpful. Stayed here for a concert at Riyadh air stadium and it was perfect- 7 minutes in a taxi- Airport shuttle was a great perk! Will definitely be back again "

"Le falta más variedad en el desayuno y el servicio al aeropuerto es algo complicado. Para mí fue imposible encontrar disponibilidad el aeropuerto al hotel ya q se debe reservar en una página diferente del hotel. El conductor del bus fue grosero y andaba estresado creo yo! Por lo demás muy bien y está muy cerca al aeropuerto."

"This is a modern hotel very close to the Madrid airport. It is great for flyers in or out of terminal 4 with their shuttle service. The only disappointment was the hotel's restaurant. The food was very mediocre. The rooftop bar is nice, but eat somewhere else."

"The hotel was clean and 10 minutes away from the airport. However the staff were so rude and not friendly. They helped because they have to and you feel terrible. I was literally scared to ask questions. Not a single friendly person, not even the lady who greeted me for breakfast. Everything was for a charge. Breakfast, parking, shuttle, etc. not a single service free of charge. I paid 2.50 Euros for a very small cup of hot water."

"It is located 15 mins drive away from the airport. It’s in a nice small town with restaurants and cafes, so it’s nice that you can walk around and not stuck in the airport area only. But, one thing that I wish Expedia warned us on the listing is that they don’t offer shuttle bus service on weekends. So, we had to order an uber and paid 25 euros to get over there:(.Pool and jacuzzi were nice and the staff were kind. It’s right off highway but safe to walk around and it’s peaceful. Just watch out...
