"Everything was great!"

"I absolutely love this hidden gem!!! Staff is so kind and helpful, they never hesitate to make sure our stay is as comfortable as possible!!!! Breakfast was yuuuummmmmy!!!! Egg rounds and sausage, breads, cereal, hardboiled eggs, some days biscuits and gravy (all days fried potatoes, just microwave them a smidge bit and they'll be perfect!)... Bath towels were the softest and best I've EVER experienced at a hotel! Hubby and 5 y/o (on the spectrum) had a BLAST in the pool! they have an outside...

"The bed was SO HARD! I have never slept in a hotel where the bed felt like the floor. They need to update them."

"I was very disappointed! We had 2 rooms reserved there were no hangers in either room and when I called the front desk to request hangers I had to go up to the desk to get them and was only given 3 hangers total. She said that was all she had! The first morning there we realized we had no spare TP roll so we actually had to call for another roll. The floors in the rooms had not been cleaned and were gritty to walk on. The hallways smelled nasty. The mattresses had definitely seen better days....

"We stayed for eight days and having accommodations including the kitchen made our stay so much better than a regular hotel room. Their fitness center included some pretty heavy weights, which was great because many places we stay have small weights and it was an unexpected surprise so we could get in some good workouts every day. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and the hotel was very clean."

"It seems the staff was trying to accuse guests of smoking in their rooms so they could charge them an extra $250,be careful if you stay there. The pillows where like toddler pillows. The shower enclosure felt like I was going to step thru it. The breakfast was always cold no matter of morning it was and less then appetizing. Don't recommend staying here."

"No microwave inside room, I didn't have toilet tissue, no cold drinks in venting also vending needs were very expensive! But the staff was very patient while I had waited to check in wasn't rude but very informative about how to get my room deposit payed! Its ran very structured and I can respect that.. as the renovations come along the key inn stay was very comfortable and quite & cleanliness was EMACULANT!!! Ik where ill be coming to stay when I come in town on weekends!"

"Our stay was okay. Our king room was super small. The mini fridge is a mini mini fridge and not very cold. The towels were thin and hard. The air conditioner was extremely loud. It was clean and comfortable otherwise. The towels bothered me the most. The staff were super nice which made up for some of the shortcomings."

"The non smoking room smell like Smoking Room, our clothes are stinky because of that. we couldn’t sleep because of the smell, not Staying there never again.."

"The location was excellent. Close to several restaurants and a mall. Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. Was nice having a good size fridge as well as microwave and dishwasher. Rooms were cleaned every other day which was fine. Would definitely stay again."

"The stay over all was great everything was clean and the pool and hot tube were clean and insulated use! Although Our fridge didn’t work and I think there was miscommunication on our room being in use cause we had someone walk in shortly after we checked in other than that, the stay was great."
