"Great air conditioning! Room was not cleaned I had to ask for new linen’s soon as I checked in they were dirty. Floors weren’t cleaned tub, sink, and toilet was dirty! The fridge was dirty and the pool area was dirty though the actual pool was clean."

"We were welcomed politely, but right away were told we could not have the room we booked in advance: we had called in advance in the morning as was mentioned we should do before checking in. During booking , we knew we could bring a pet , with paying a fee, which was fine with us. During our call that morning, the person who answered our call, stated we would not have the room with the view over the valley , but a different room in the hotel and the the security fee for the dog was $100. But it is the same as any continental breakfast, you serve yourself, pick out what you want from the normal choices of biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt etc. etc. and it’s scrambled eggs, not made to order. I turned on the bathtub and rust came out from the tub faucet, it did clear, and I did report the rust. The room was musty. And the snack bar was under construction, so no snacks.
