"We’ve stayed here many times and always receive excellent service. I booked a room with a sofa just so we’d be more comfortable watching tv, but we were assigned a room on the first floor that did not have a sofa. Do the price difference from the original room was about $23. No big deal, but Expedia gave us a credit of $25 to use later. I think maybe the young man switched us to the first floor as a courtesy to us since we’re elderly. He prob thought it would be better for us."

"I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was not being properly maintained, the paint is pealing off the side of the building. There was furniture stacked all in the ally way. The room was dirty, the furniture was broken, and everything is worn out and neglected. One of the most concerning things was that the door to the room down from ours has been kicked in. The door frame was busted up and splintered, which made us...

"The first I checked into had not been cleaned with dirt towels in the floor and the bed was not made up. The second room had musky smell and the key card had to reprogram twice so I could get back into my room. I will not being staying there again. I checked out after one and got changed for the whole reservation."
