"I love that the rooms were large. They were clean. The sheets were very clean. The staff wasn’t as friendly the breakfast. It was amazing. It was hot. It was fresh the young lady who cooked the breakfast. She was great. She was friendly. I will return. I didn’t like that some of the customers that were staying or sitting in the back on the grass drinking beer and having a good time I think it’s something that they should’ve done in their room instead of hanging outside sitting in the grass."

"Room was clean and comfortable but water was turned off around midnight without warning due to renovation work but not back on until around 9:00am. Staff said it was the city doing work but it appeared to be due to renovation work onsite."

"It was really great except the a/c was not working in the lobby areas and the elevator was broken so we had to use stairs to our 2nd floor room. Breakfasts were great! Perfect variety each morning. Staff extremely nice and friendly."

"This place is truly a hidden gem. Close to downtown for the restaurants and activities, but in a nice neighborhood. So much here, beautiful rooms and even a big backyard. The comman areas are delightful, and our room was even better. Enjoyed the big soaker tub with the jets."

"When my flight was cancelled after multiple delays all day long, I booked a room at the Shreveport Marriott. The shuttle driver was so very courteous and kind!! He inquired if I was hungry as the cafe in the hotel had closed for the day and Mr Johnny was concerned I might be hungry after a long day of waiting around the airport. "I did not stay there. The receptionist was incredibly rude."

"This place should be shut down! I would like a full refund! It has standing water in the Halls, the entire place stomp. The bathroom door was hanging by a screw."

"My wife never complains, and she said the first room they were in was moldy, the second room was better, but still had a smell. Two of our grandkids got scratched by an exposed nail at the pool. The juice machine did not work at breakfast, and other issues with breakfast. Her request was that this motel never be booked again."

"The hotel had a bad odor, there was food in our refrigerator from the previous guest, so room was not thoroughly cleaned. We immediately went and found another room and did not stay at that facility. I did not get a refund but could not stay there!"
