"They let us leave our car there while we were on vacation. We actually walked on sidewalk to the hotel when we returned from the airport. Rooms are very nice with new paint and bathrooms. The breakfast is top quality and staff are friendly."

"We did not use the bar, only ate at Jack Binion's which was disappointing for the high costs there. Service and ambiance were great but food was very disappointing. Our room and everything else was very clean (garage elevators were not but didn't care), room was great and quiet; staff very courteous! Will come back and plan to eat somewhere different. "

"Staff was very friendly. I switched hotels from another due to issues with elevator. I have stayed at a residence inn previously and was pleased. Area around is not the best but I looked at several other places and it’s all about the same. This place is fenced in. Room was great. Perfect, except for being right over pool and people wanted to play music till late. Front desk did respond and had them turn down. I liked it enough to book it again this weekend as rates were better and it’s close to the area I have to work at and close to casinos if you wish to go. "

"I’m so sorry that I’m late for my review, but I really do appreciate your staff especially K2. I was having a very rough time at the beginning of my stay. I did not enjoy the bathrooms and was told that the rooms that I have been assigned we’re on the list to get their bathrooms renovated, so I was assigned to a room with a disgusting bathroom that I could not be able to bathe myself nor my toddler after being put in a second room where the bathroom was actually much worse I broke down at the front desk and K2 immediately upgraded my room to the penthouse suite which I thoroughly enjoyed and will actually be booking the next time I come back to Shreveport. I also especially appreciate her getting me a squeeze a I also especially appreciate her getting me a squeeze an appointment for a facial and massage at the spa. I had mentioned to her that I wanted to book one for myself, but the books were closed and she was able to get me an appointment for both. I had the best time ever. Thank you again for helping a mom out!"
