"When I arrived at the property the staff was so welcoming and kind which made my check in process very pleasant and efficient. When i entered my room was it was clean and due to the weather at a very tolerable chill room temp. I enjoyed my stay and I will return soon."

"The room seemed clean, but the bathroom was a little dirty. They require a $300 deposit, which I thought was too much for just one night. I only slept there for about 6 hours. I wasn’t able to shower in the morning because of the shared bathroom situation. There were two other guests using the bathroom in the morning and I had to check out by 10am."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel and the suite were very clean. The suite itself and the bathroom are spacious. Surrounding area is safe and is the best for Asian food and K-pop lovers with many good restaurants offering authentic food and gift stores. "This hotel was in a good location and our room was huge! Tons of space AND the kitchen! We also had huge windows that allowed for a bunch of light and I loved the beautiful smelling lotion! I'd recommend staying here if you want to spread out and be comfortable, but also be close enough to the pier/downtown to walk if you didn't have a car."

"Room was very quiet with a nice view of Lake Michigan. Continental breakfast had several items. Stuff was very helpful. The only negative thing was that the TV ran on apps so you had to make sure you knew your login for your Internet TV provider."

"Good customer service and the food in the lobby restaurants was so good! Also the service at that restaurant is amazing I believe her name was Stephanie, she went out of her way to find me caffeine free Diet Coke. Also, we forgot to tell them that we don’t eat bacon after the hamburger came. They happily to get back and started another hamburger to make sure there’s no bacon residue in it."
