"Breakfast was good. Check in was awful they didn’t check us in around 3pm when they said they would. They didn’t have any clean towels the front desk said they are still in the dryer I don’t know when they will be done. The sink and bathtub clogged the entire time. They also charged us another $115 for no reason. "

"The room was very clean and the staff very attentive. In addition to cleanliness, comfortable beds are super important to me. The mattress was great and sheets were very soft and breathable. I particularly like their pillows- should have asked where to buy them. They have black out curtains and the room was quiet even though I was there during KY Derby week- which was busy but not noisy. "The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The AC left a bit to be desired, it kept cycling just to keep the room at or near 66 degrees with an outside temperature of just above 70 degrees. The Planes Flying Over were the WORST. In the day, they were Nonexistent. At 10pm to around 2:30am when I was finally able to get to sleep, THEY WERE ONE AFTER ANOTHER AND LOUD. "A little stingy with bottled water but everything was quite well maintained and staff was accommodating whenever I needed something. The building and room were clean. I appreciate the full size bottles of hair care and shower gel. The towels were soft and a good size. I will definitely be back next season. Great staff and hotel."
