"The front desk lady was super nice and helpful. Checkin was quick and effortless :) My only complaints are we had a room near where they were doing construction, so that was kinda noisy. Also, when I reserved a room online I made sure I got one with the fridge and microwave. I didn't notcie4 until after we settled in and wanted to heat up leftovers that we didn't have a microwave :( :( At that point I was too tired from traveling to call down to the front desk."

"Excellent location, clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly, the only issue was that we got to breakfast an hour before it ended and there were no eggs other protein or much more than a fee bagels and yogurt. This was informed tonus by the person tending the breakfast area while ahe stood next to still hot griddle. She didn’t offer any alternative. It feels like poor planning. Other than that, it was great."

"Every point of contact I had at 33 Main was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. It’s evident Donna and her team run the inn with love. It’s clean and gorgeously furnished on the inside. You’ll recognize it from the outside, because it’s the most charmingly decorated on the block. I stayed in the Cliffwood room, which was the perfect size for me as a solo traveler (in other words, although smaller than the other rooms, it did not feel too small). "Thank you for the kitchen facilities and big dining table. Microwave was big and strong. Thank you for the big towels. Parking was excellent for our timing. Central location is very handy. The heat was a curiosity. It can be set higher, then it drops down during the night. TV channel choosing is designed for a younger person."

This is a place that is no frills, but for what you're paying for you get a lot, and a comfortable place to rest your head. We would absolutely go back when we're visiting the Pittsfield area."
